Amazing brand. I absolutely love their women's butterfly converse-style sneakers. I've just recently bought my second pair and my first pair lasted over 2 years. Beautiful design and so great that they're vegan and sustainable. Po-Zo's customer service team are wonderful and kindly helped me out when I needed to exchange for a smaller size. Couldn't be happier!

Big fan of these shoes. For me, great design and very comfortable, also helps that I'm a Star Wars fan. When I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I had ordered in the wrong size the customer service was excellent - clear communication and a prompt resolution to my issue which I really appreciated. I've got many of their designs already, but sure I will be ordering again in the future!

Appalling experience. The shoes I ordered were a terrible fit and looked rather low quality so I returned them, at my own expense, via courier with tracking. The return was delivered three weeks ago but I have not received a refund. I have tried phoning and emailing them but never receive a response. Do not buy from this company.
